Thanksgiving started bright and early at 6AM in downtown Houston. I joined my little sister as she was getting ready for the Houston Thanksgiving parade with her dance studio "
DanceZone". Then I was able to ride in the parade in a cute Beetle along with Miss Houston and Miss Harris County. Sitting in the front seat, I had the heater blowing at my feet because it was a pretty cold morning! It was a blast seeing all the people who came out to watch the parade.
After the parade ended, we went to the George R. Brown Convention Center to help serve food at the Superfeast. It was a privilege for me to participate with all of the local queens.
